Sylvia L. Keating,

Sylvia L. Keating is licensed to practice law in California and Florida and has been an attorney since 1987. She provides legal services, mediation and arbitration services. Her legal services include business, contract, real estate and family law. Her legal experience has included civil and business litigation, breach of contract actions, family law, and criminal defense litigation.

She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, has worked in real estate sales, and has served as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and the North County Bar Association Fee Dispute Program.

She emphasizes Mediation Services in her practice, and mediates all areas of civil law, real estate, employment, family and elder law, probate, homeowners’ association disputes and divorce.

She is uniquely qualified to mediate in both fields of family issues and civil law because of her extensive background and work experience.

EDUCATION:

Ms. Keating received a BA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, an MA from Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan, and her JD from the Shepard Broad Law Center of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is licensed to practice law in California and Florida, and has been an attorney since 1987.
